1st 512K took 20813 ms = 24.6 KB/sec, approx 203 Kbps, 0.2 Mbps
2nd 512K took 24297 ms = 21.1 KB/sec, approx 174 Kbps, 0.17 Mbps
3rd 512K took 21922 ms = 23.4 KB/sec, approx 193 Kbps, 0.19 Mbps
4th 512K took 17812 ms = 28.7 KB/sec, approx 236 Kbps, 0.23 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 202 Kbps, 0.2 Mbps
Pings to some servers are bad also.
Had to add a proxy for the first time last week - lost all connectivity, not sure if this has something to do with the problem
