Just to let everyone know, Nugget has survived the ordeal of the Sports Relief Mile - sorry to all those who were hoping for a rest from his 'witty' puns - he ran in a very respectable 10 minutes, photos to follow, which considering his dissolute life style is virtually Olympian

Thanks to all who've supported and sponsored him and its not too late if any one else would like to contribute to this very worthy cause

Finally I'd like to say both myself and Baby Nug are very proud of him and we love him
