Connection problems in Poole area?

Has anybody else in the Poole area (I'm in BH17) had any problems with their connection this evening?

Was slow with packet loss when I went online at about 6pm, then lost sync altogether at about 7pm.

ntl knew of no general problem in the area and booked me an engineer, and of course it sprang back to life at full speed about 5 mins after that!
