Well I got all my parts from a local place who I only use on occassion

aria Ive downclocked the whole machine now to 3.5 gig with the latent temps I was getting throttling at 3.7 but only when the cpu is under 100% load at 3.5 there appears to be no throttling at all

BTW my conroe build could be as little as 2 weeks away now im excited about that
