same here and inother parts of leics. Which is weird since we are a city that has a fair sized population.

This part of leics where I live has ntl analoguetv/phone only. So leaves BT. BTs coverage here is very bare, their is 2 exchanges on the far side of city not near side, so its already at least a km just when you hit the first residental areas, then their is a distance of about 8km after that to the only exchange in this side of leicester. The other sides of leicester all have much more BT exchanges covering an equal area. So shorter phone lines. Ntl in some other areas of leics has broadband and even digital tv but ironically these areas are also better coverage by BT. The areas I am talking about are highly populated so I am very surpised BT doesnt react, ntl are apperently enabling broadband but its not happened.
