Does anyone know what ntl will do if I cancel the tv package? will I keep the set-top box for the broadband? or will they replace it with some other type of modem? If they replace it, will there be any change or gap in the broadband service?

I'd ring them up but I'm fed up with them charging me to do this!

cheers for any help

They should change the stb for an sacm, and no, there shouldn't be any gap in service. Don't hold your breath though, just in case!
