I used to use one a good few years ago called firetalk, it was taken over and renamed paltalk there are some good chat rooms on there, lots of virtual dj's and tech rooms + social issues lots of fun. There's too many americans on it though. You can use voice and cam or just txt. Recommended if you need technical help real fast.
TBO I prefered it when it was firetalk, paltalk is supported by ads and some spyware checkers dont like it.
