The price of the Xbox 360 seems to be static at the moment. I got mine from Comet Online but if i was to buy it again i'd get it from a shop where i could walk in and buy it, incase it ever developed a fault as this would make getting it replaced for a new unit alot easier.
THIS might come in handy. Just make sure you buy the PREMIUM pack and not the CORE as there's a big difference.
Also a standard
quick charge battery charger and 4 fast rechargable cells will come in handy as i wouldn't bother with the 'charge and play kit' as this requires a wire to the xbox which kind of makes the wireless controllers pointless then.
He might also need a
12month gold Xbox live subscription. Also an Xbox Live Starter Kit with game is the same as an XBL Gold subscription and will work.
