I subscribed to NTL's value back (2m boadband initally + family pack tv + basic phone service) in May, I will have to move this week to a new flat but the landlord don't want to have a cable line installed because according to him the NTL technician will leave a mess.
Do i have a chance to get rid of NTL even if i have been with them for less than a year because my landlord won't let me have cable acess ? I am also going to move to France in september (i know always moving) do i have to wait till september to cancel my subscriptin based on teh fact that i am moving abroad ?
