The cable modem account is probably still suspended- the internet access (allow /disallow/ speed etc) is controlled by a different account to the tv + phone, so needs to be reinstated as well. Sounds like this hasn't been done.

If you call customer service they should do it for you- it is normally instantaneous, and when it is done you will see the modem reboot and you should get net access back
