Indeed i asked when it was being done as i was in the same office . But i did NOT ask for it to be pushed and in fact it was only completed in the last week of June. I have to go through the same channels as everyone else when it comes to customer service as i am not a NTL employee. Just a contractor doing the same job as when they made me redundant

. I do not have access to the billing system or to any of the systems i had when i was a drone in sector 11g.
So if NTL mess me about they will be subject to the same rules as BT or any other company with a woefully inadequate customer service such as BT.
