well looks like im phoning them as well. This is just anoying. Pings on games are crap

well i phoned tech support, engie comming out on thursday. Was told to phone customer services, they want to CHARGE me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 to have my internet seperated from the STB........ Now is that right or what? i had so many god dam issues with this STB and it's ****ing me right off.
