Ring retentions up and explain that you don't think it's right new customers are gettting it cheaper than you, you will have to make your mind up then
- stay as you are paying what your paying
- take retentions offer 'if they make one'
- cancel and then rejoin about 6 weeks later 'heavy duty hassle with billing etc'
- move to another ISP altogether.
