4th 512K took 4370 ms = 117.2 KB/sec, approx 966 Kbps, 0.94 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 951 Kbps, 0.93 Mbps

It is probably a problem with Proxies. You need to re-set the proxies on both the PC and the Mac.
