had the same problem. Save the config, Set all the times you want, then power off the router, then power it back on Worked a treat for me

As a point of notice i tend to filter by MAC address, as the IP can change if left to auto-assign by DCHP on the computer.

Solved the problem of it not blocking correctly with the reboot
