Post NTL Broadband Plus query

I am on the NTL 4Mb Broadband package and according to the BroadbandPlus homepage I can register for it free but reading the T&C it says:-
(Clipped from the BB+ registration page)

"From time to time, ntl may offer free trial subscriptions for limited periods to Broadband Plus. Free trial offers are only available to customers purchasing or upgrading to ntlââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s 1Mb, 4Mb or 10Mb Broadband Internet services, or to customers currently subscribing to ntlââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s 1Mb, 4Mb or 10Mb Broadband Internet services. At the end of any free trial period, if you wish to continue receiving Broadband Plus, you will need to complete an online subscription form and you will be charged at the then current retail price of ntl Broadband Plus. You will not be eligible to apply for any other free trial or Broadband Plus offer for a minimum of 6 months from the end of any previous free trial period".

This seems to suggest that I will be charged extra on top of my £24.99 subs after the one month trial.

Can any one clarify this?
