Very helpful NTL person has organised an engineer for a day that suits me as the BB keeps cutting out. No waiting to be put through either (caught me out a bit)

and did not seem scripted and allowed for the fact I am not the named account holder (actually allowed the password system rather than getting fixated).

NTL (so far anyway).

And all this on a Sunday.
