Seems NTL have been charging my mother (pensioner) for 3 way calling since her April bill, 1st of every month since then so it means she's been charged 4 times for something she's not requested. I've only just picked it up when she queried what it was.

This is what she's been charged:

02 Mar - 01 Apr 3-Way Calling ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1.69
02 Apr - 01 May 3-Way Calling ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1.75
02 May - 01 Jun 3-Way Calling ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1.75
02 June - 01 Jul 3-Way Calling ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1.75

Could anyone from NTL please help with this if I PM'd them my mothers account details?
