Don't think it is the connectors. Tried replacing with new splitter & cable. The same problem. Only managed to connect to net when cable splitter was removed and changed to F plug coupler direct connection. The connectors are connected properly. Haven't touched the box only the cabling & connectors. It is working fine right now, with the cable splitter disconnected.
