no zonealarm and its fine! had to go back to the windows one.

is that speed test reliable because the irish one tell me 1.6mb down 356kbs up.
and a few others are the same so what spped am i getting?

My downloads were poor as well until i removed zonealarm ,averaged 2.5 Mbps,cleaned the registry as well just to be sure.I tested the download speed by grabbing service pack 2 from windows, using reget download manager it was coming down full whack,very pleased.
