Why should you "get out of paying"?

Your PC has dialled the premium rate number, and ntl have charged you for it.

It's not that often I defend ntl, but you should just pay ntl what you owe them & then consider increasing the security on your PC &/or going to broadband-as already mentioned, you could (& should) get premium rate call barring on your line to prevent this happening again.

Sorry-I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but it's pretty much the way it is.
