I think you can hardly blame NTL for this, it is not their fault this has happened!

However had you been a customer with BT you could have had all premium rate numbers barred for free and this would not have happened.

Maybe you should consider either paying NTL for a service that I think they should provide for free or get broadband. If you don't want to do those then go to BT and if you don't want to do that either then it's a case of put up and shut up and don't be supprised if this happens again!

Sorry for the harsh words at the end but I think those are your options.
