i received a bill for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£91 yesterday of which ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£70 relates to calling a premium rate dial up number (i use dial up internet).. obviously a dodgy dial up must have attched it self to my computer,,,, it had dialled 09061 746057..

question is can i get out of paying this...
