Hi Chris... computer has been reformated... so nothing in the new OE...
came across a page on the NTL web site for retreving lost password, this is what it said:
Enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail you your user id and password. ?

Can some one tell me how to retreve my son password using this meathod?... they have just sent me/my son his password to his account, but he cant read it because he don't have the password.... Im I missing something
