I have seen first 3 months half price on the 3 for 30 as well at the moment, but can't remember where.
If you want to go for this, just mention it when you call telesales and you'll get it.

oop... just noticed the 3 months half price is on the ntlhome website, so should be able to sign up for it online if you prefer
