I'm getting a constant average of 2.7 Mbps no matter what proxy I use.
I am not overly bothered but I may give it a week and if it's the same, call retentions and tell them I only want to pay "up to" ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99. That way I may be able to pay 3/4 of it. Seems fair enough (albeit, simplistic) to me.
