thought there was a thread a while ago regarding compatable modem for 10Mb, and i can't remember for the life of me which ones were, on another note when i went to upgrade to 10Mb the cs rep said that it would £50 odd quid(ore something like that) to upgrade as she said my modem wasn't compatable.

And she didn't belive me when i told her the NTL:250 is, shen finally had to go and check with a techie, and then conceded i was right......so don't let 'em fob you off
