The NTL proxies are transparent - they capture all web requests made through the NTL network (i.e. requests on port 80).
You can find out what cache you're on
here (run the
Proxy Test).
Try changing to one of the others in your area (list
here).
This is a good thing to try whenever you have browsing problems
