Re: Time for Peercache on NTL

They will invoke the fabled Common Carrier Status and get away scot free (it also helps if you have bags of money to bribe the judge!)

The new Mainline Bit Torrent client, Allegro, is out now and this has with it support for ISP caching. As NTL are in talks with BT, I would say this could be coming our way soon. Now, that would mean that NTL would probably be caching copyrighted material, so they would only go into this arena with some kind of defence against prosecution (and awful cliches!).
