not entirely true, imo - the reply needs qualifying ??
- for a new '4 meg' connection I believe the upload is 400Kb/s ?
- as I understand posts made previously about this, the hfc network is more prone to saturation on the return path, so 'permanently' uploading files, at that rate, may be significant if many subscribers try using the same resource, for the same thing?
- as ever, area dependent
