Looks like Bromley (BR* ***) has the U/G for 2Mb/s (L)Users.
Just sorted my neighbours SACM (120) and all is fine.
Of course I get 10Mb/s for less than next door pays for 4Mb/s - and it is super-fine
And NO, it's not a dodgey modem, just asked the nice CS people for a good deal
