They have an unwritten rule a while ago (don't know if its changed) that if you upload more than 300 meg in one day, they don't like it. It was never written and fixed like with the previous cap, but some people recieved letters warning them for abuse of service. Some go well over that and never get letters, some hardly do and do get letters. They only chase it up there are problems in the local area

Its not using the connection 24/7 they are bothered about, only that you'll go over 300meg.

If I was you, i'd do it, but set the upload under 300meg/day. That way you should be in the clear regardless. Besides, saturating your upload will slow down browsing, etc.
