3rd 512K took 1078 ms = 475 KB/sec, approx 3914 Kbps, 3.82 Mbps
4th 512K took 1297 ms = 394.8 KB/sec, approx 3253 Kbps, 3.18 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 3721 Kbps, 3.64 Mbps

Keep checking the maintenance logs for upgrades. We had about a week's work done before the new speed arrived.
