And? This isn't tech support dude If you have an issue you want to report to ntl you need to do just that, this site isn't affiliated with them.

If there are any other things you want to ask such as 'Is anyone else seeing this' etc, you've come to the right place... perhaps if you're a bit more specific about what you're looking for from people they can assist more
