Just going through the forum and I couldn't believe so many other people, like me in Astley/Tyldesley M29 are having the same probs. I am only on the 4 meg and I am lucky to get 2 meg speeds. Have given up with TW support - useless.

TW "Do a net stat command... tell me how many lines you see"
ME "11"
TW "You've got spyware, clean your machine and call us back"
ME "But there are from legitimate internal programs and are not destined to internet addresses"
TW "erm...."

My problems seem to get worse at around 15:50 when all the kids come home from school.

Let me know if you want co-ordinate a formal complaint.
