Sorry, I disagree on one account there, you say "Any man who rapes a woman" that is sometimes not as clear cut as it appears, there are cases where the woman claims rape after the event but was more than happy at the time. In that situation DNA evidence on its own is not enough to execute someone.
The boy or girl is a different matter, if a sexual act is proven by DNA evidence with a minor I have no problem with a tough sentence being dished out.
