Lisa goes off on one - completely agressive, violent and threatening towards Ash, without giving Ash a chance to say anything. Richard tries talking to Lisa and she starts on him, so Richard takes the Mickey - hilarious. Lisa storms off in a huff. Big Brother then has a go at Richard in the diary room for his actions - "intimidating"
