Hello guys,

My pace 1000 stb has had middle light on/flashing/off in a loop for about 48 hours now. looking in event log there's plenty happening.
164. Failure to lease address with DHCP
173. CM periodic ranging fail
171. unicast ranging fail
56. SDT transport error
165. Failed to read config file
167. failed to get time of day

I had no internet at all yesterday so rang the helpline. An engineer is coming out, but the blighty has just started to work. Should I get him out anyway?
