i think these issues are happening all the time, ive had engineers turn up before the time stated - luckily that time it was a problem outside the house, otherwise more time would have been wasted again.

i did get a reply from them, apologising, saying that the problem in the area was sorted.....and yes they should have been in touch....but this dont meen nothing, if they were so concerned, they would get in touch and talk to you face to face.....but most of the time they would be to frightened to do that.

Anyway, it wont matter in a few weeks....phone call to cancel all my packages as this was the last straw....get bt line in, cvan get a faster and cheaper BB package, and also sky+

Saving me at least ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 a month....3yrs with them and nothing, but as you look around this site, the amount of people that comment on all these new offers, but nothing for people who have been with them for a while.
