WAG354G has a modem, wireless device and 4 port hub built in. It also has an ethernet port for a cable connection so can be used with cable or ADSL.

WANs and LANs have nothing really to do with the router in this context unless you start getting into BUS, RING etc etc networks. Which again is not needed.
