My internet was boosted yesterday to 4mb then all day today it was off. Give them benefit of doubt to let it fix itself ( tech support have enough on their plate ) Then phoned at around 10pm spoke to nice bloke in bombay or wherever and he said i had to re provision my connection. I thought ....strange why not yesterday when it was upgraded but hey it worked. Did not seem to work with firefox for some reason but good ol' IE worked. first speed test said 1.8 and i thought aye aye
but then came here and used the forum speed test and got 3.77 again.
suppose i'm happy again now.
