ok when your pc boots press the the F8 key a few times and wait(im saying safe mode to stop cpu maxing in normal windows)
You will get a list of options select start computer in safe mode
once booted got start / programs/ accessories/system tools /system restore
Run the program.Hit Restore my computer to a previous time and select a time and date before you uninstalled Nis
