Don't think you're congested really, you've not that long been resegmented.

The problem last time was a very weird and near enough imperceptible RF noise problem. Was fixed but I don't think we ever got to the bottom of what the exact cause was.
Oohh.. well yeah it's a fair point that the source of the noise could have been turned off... Where abouts along the line was the RF noise being generated last time? I wonder if its a neighbour or something.. Ive tried turning off pretty much everything at home, cant seem to find anything there. Hope its not in the box outside, as we dont have the cable TV.. heh
