Sorry Horace but that would not get NTL off the hook either, because that way it would seem that there were some getting double the speed of others for free and could you imagine the uproar. Especially if it is rolled out to certain areas like the roll out has been done. At first i thought of that myself but on reflection, I and a number of others would be fuming
at NTL for not giving it to ME ME ME first. as it is i am still waiting patiently for my upgrade that i am expecting before the end of the month and yes I have said before the end of the month sorry.
