Managed to get 10mbit and Talk Unlimited 24 for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£20.50 per month. I was told that this was for 12 months.

I also cancelled the DTV package and am going to be called by an engineer to arrange collection of my Samsung STB for a ntl: cable modem. I was told that the 10mbit would only be activated once I get the ntl: cable modem but I was expecting them to activate it now so I get the maximum speed possible through the Samsung STB.

Are they pulling wool over my eyes?
