ntl tech comin 2morrow, cant' connect to net since yday
i have tried everything, unplugging cables, restarting modem, uninstalling ethernet card etc, still no luck....so i rang ntl and the lady never advised me to do ne thing but said an engineer wud be sent out on tues....
i have an ntl home 120 modem, could it be this is an old modem and with the new speeds its not workin?
