As James Henry is somewhat of an authority on the subject of ADSL, I would like your thoughts on
this recent thread over on adslguide ? And anyone elses thoughts.
IMO a very suspect way of dealing with overcrowded exchanges, at the expense of residential customers.
No change there then !
