Interesting.

My take is that back-wards compatibility may not be as big a concern for all of us. The reason I say this is because the Xbox may well be the first console where getting spare parts is going to be relatively easy if modders are to be believed. We know that the DVD and Hard drives can be replaced easily. How about the rest of the box?
