I'm not a clubber, but on the odd occasion I've been dragged in (by friends/colleagues), there hasn't been anyone in the toilets. I remember one club - had unisex toilets that were really big (the size of the room), with sofas too. Weird. Had bouncers but I think that was to stop people shagging.
