In my opinion I would say there is a problem with the box itself. Maybe it isn't picking up the signal as strongly as it should be etc etc. Maybe give customer services a call tomorrow and see if they can send an engineer out to have a look? In the meantime, i'd make use of your freeview if you are watching any of those channels if it gives a clearer picture??? - Also see if you can get any compensation for not being able to view tv services properly??? Always worth a try! Good luck!
